Rubel – Founder & Managing Director
In March 2021, Rubel established BisUnited due to a recognized gap in the market. This platform acts as a bridge between businesses and buyers, helping owners sell their businesses and buyers find profitable deals. While working on the other project of lead generation, he observed that many business owners lacked preparation for buyer questions and found little assistance from introduction agencies. Additionally, due to the high fees of listing and the cost related to marketing their business, owners are not able to find real buyers who will genuinely value their business.
Additionally, Rubel understood that numerous investors were constrained by time limitations, preventing them from exploring off-market business deals. Rubel’s fervent dedication lies in offering comprehensive aid to both business owners and investors. This encompasses various stages, ranging from pinpointing potential buyers or businesses, executing strategic outreach, and culminating in successful transactions. He also handles performance and strategic growth at BisUnited.
Akbar Jubair – Marketing Director
Following a prosperous career in sales and marketing, Akbar became an integral part of the BisUnited team in 2021, contributing to the company’s continued expansion. In his capacity, he spearheads our Marketing team and devises strategic initiatives.
With over 5 years of extensive marketing experience, Akbar’s forte lies in cultivating fruitful client relationships. His individualized approach instills trust among clients, who rely on his commitment to deliver on his promises. Akbar’s academic background includes a Business Management degree from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK.
Ismail Bin Shiraj – Head of Research & Accounts
Ismail became a member of our team in early 2022. In his role as Head of Research, Ismail plays a pivotal part in aligning our businesses with potential buyers. He diligently works to establish connections between the most fitting businesses and the appropriate purchasers. Ismail also specializes in identifying off-market businesses that align with investors’ specific criteria and could be considering a sale.
Beyond his research responsibilities, Ismail takes charge of our accounts section, handling invoicing and providing support to the marketing director in various capacities.
